Mission Statement
It is the purpose of WRW to create an atmosphere for a group of womxn, from diverse backgrounds, to come together as individuals and as sistas of many shades. We as WRW intend to educate ourselves, our campus, and our surrounding communities on issues of social justice and empowerment enabling us to be a voice for social, political, and global inequalities currently facing our society.

Herstory
WRW is a non-greek siblinghood founded on October 15th 1992 in response to the Rodney King riots. Our name, Wadada Wa Rangi Wengi, is Swahili and means "sisters of many shades". WRW adds a new class in the beginning of every Fall and Spring semester; We welcome those on campus with a passion for social justice and activism to attend our recruitment events and discover how to become a Dub!
